Each episode of the Slowmade Podcast takes about 3 - 4x as long to create as it does to listen. That means, a one hour interview episode with your favorite artist takes about 3 - 4 hours after the recording to get from a raw recording to a final episode with artwork. And this friends, doesn’t include the time it takes to promote the episode so that each maker’s unique story get shared to more people.
I love bringing these commercial free, soulful conversations to you each and every week. Your support directly covers the overhead costs associate with the podcast.

Where does your money go?
Donations are used to support the overhead costs of the podcast. Things like online hosting, online recording studio (I use currently both Riverside.fm & Zoom), editing software, episode artwork creation platform, interview scheduling app, website provider, and so on. Our monthly overhead cost is currently $165 on average and this does not include the many hours I works on each episode.
In the future I would love assistance with editing each episode so I can get a little more sleep, but that will cost an additional $140/episode or $560/month.
